Role
As the Lead UX Designer, reviewed research from the UX research team with 154 participants, created both the conversational and interface design for the chatbot, aligning usability with a natural conversational experience.

AVA Interface
Researched, designed, and wrote 12 unique personas for the WGU UX and product team. Formed a template to showcase the persona with quotes to the right, highlighting the main goal and personality of the persona, details in the middle, and key takeaways on goals and hurdles on the right.

Future Features
After the launch of AVA, future features were wireframed in lo-fi, based on the student research, analytic data, and where future technologies might lead. These features include course planning, writing support with document upload, renaming chat with file organizations, quiz mode, and whiteboard.
